I have spent the last eight years working in the corporate world in the field of learning & development focusing on developing leaders. In that time I realized that leadership development is crucial for the success and health of an organization. Good leadership drives employee engagement, increases employee satisfaction, and positively impacts the bottom line.
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) from CTI and a PCC (Professional Credentialed Coach) from ICF. I am certified in The Leadership Circle 360° assessments.

One of my greatest strengths is supporting clients through all phases of talent optimization. I take pride in personalizing my approach to support the specific needs of our clients. I believe accuracy, thoughtfulness, and a commitment to excellence are essential to ensuring clients have the best experience.
