My journey started in financial services, where I spent a decade climbing the ranks in operations and account management. While I gained valuable experience, I realized my true passion was at the intersection of business and people. That passion led me to earn my MBA, launch Quivet Consulting, and pursue a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Adler University.

One of my greatest strengths is supporting clients through all phases of talent optimization. I take pride in personalizing my approach to support the specific needs of our clients. I believe accuracy, thoughtfulness, and a commitment to excellence are essential to ensuring clients have the best experience.
